From beginning to end Joe was excellent in helping me get what I wanted. This Mother of Pearl casket is beautiful. My mother would be very well pleased. It was delivered on time to the funeral home, and I would like to thank Joe and Casket Emporium for what you did for me here in Birmingham, AL.

Casket Emporium was the best during our time of grief. I made 1 request on their website at midnight and was called at 6am. Our casket was delivered for our loved one on time, in perfect condition. They notified me once it was delivered with pictures. The casket was gorgeous just as pics. Joe communication was great!!!!

This experience couldn’t have been more simplified, cooperative, compassionate, economical, respectful, or simply dignified. From start to finish, Joe handled my purchase with a level of personal care, empathy, and compassion that transcended my expectations. I’ve always heard how difficult and expensive funeral planning is. Joe at Casket Emporium certainly put that rumor to rest. Personal delivery of my dearly departed mother’s pink casket was the epitome of stellar customer service. Not a scratch on it and no need for packing and boxing. Straight from factory to funeral home. All I can say is, “Thank You, Joe,” a million times over.

Joe was very personable and knowledgeable with a one day turnover. When delivered he worked well with the funeral director and had everything set and inspected quickly. Not to mention his prices are excellent.

Joe at Casket Emporium saved my life from almost falling into buying overpriced caskets from the funeral home. I spoke with Joe he was very professional and ensured me he had his quality caskets in stock and will deliver it himself earlier than the date I needed it by! He was very thorough and informed me of when the delivery was made. So thankful everything was perfect!

Working with Joe from casket emporium made planning my mom’s funeral a lot easier. It was quick and easy to select a model online and I think it might have arrived at the funeral the next day. Our services were a few days away and I know the funeral home said everything arrived easily and without issue. Also the price could not be beat.

We came across Casket Emporium by accident, nothing was planned for, and we had to make a lot of decisions quickly. We were also grieving and very nervous about the process, costs, and doing right by my mother in law. One call to Joe helped put our mind to ease about taking care of the casket; would it be there on time, would the funeral home accept it, would it be nice. Yes to all of those things, so thank you Joe for helping get us through this in the best possible way.

I had the unfortunate experience of needing a casket suddenly for my younger brother. A google search brought me to Casket Emporium but I was skeptical about buying something so important online. I requested a call on the website and the owner, Joe called me immediately as scheduled and answered all of my questions. He helped me pick out the perfect casket for my brother and delivered it personally. My brother was a US Navy Veteran and he helped me customize it so it beautifully reflected that service, my brother would have loved it. Joe sent me photos and videos so I could see the casket and it being delivered in pristine condition. Joe is the real deal, beautiful top quality casket hand delivered. He made the process so smooth with minimal effort on my part. He did exactly what he said he would do and right on time. It was such a pleasure to save money and have one less worry during such a stressful time. We saved several thousand dollars (and got a better/ more personalized product) by going with Casket Emporium over the funeral home. I'm usually not inclined to leave reviews but I want to let people know that Joe with Casket Emporium is the real deal. Shop with confidence and know that Casket Emporium will not only save you thousands and help you pay your respects to your loved one in style but help you every step of the way.
