The casket was absolutely beautiful. There are so many things while making funeral arrangements that are difficult and complicated but this wasn't. They were so kind and professional and definitely helped with funeral costs

Joe was very helpful in making sure we got the right casket and also making sure it got delivered on time for my dad’s service. Thank you Joe!

Losing a loved one is the most painful and emotionally draining situations. I'm on the opposite side of the country in California and happened to somehow find this place, I called and had the good fortune of speaking with Joe. I was in need of a personalized item and Joe made it happen, it is unlike any other feeling to get the help we needed at that moment without any hesitation and with an amazing attitude. Thank you Joe from the bottom of our hearts, the quality of the item is amazing but the empathy and compassion you demonstrated was top tier.

What a great experience! The customer service was top notch!!! Joe was so professional and patient during this difficult time for my family and I. The shipping was fast and the Casket was BEAUTIFUL! At the last minute we chose to engrave the inside and he did it beautifully with no problem. Thank you so much Joe for making this experience so easy and refreshing.

This was my first time making an emontional on-line purchase. I reviewed several sites, having no idea regarding the process or quality of my proposed purchase. I did an initial search of written reviews to gage my starting site. After several chats I retired from exshausted overload! I awoke to a message from Joe at Casket Emporium asking if he could assist me? This message was a Godsend! I responded and immediately received a call from Joe. We discussed XL/XXL caskets, shoulder and elbow widths. Things that are required when purchasing an XL/XXL Casket. Joe was exemplary, professional and expiditious with delivery to the Funeral Home. I got delivered in under 24 hours. The suggestions Joe made were helpful and we ended up being extremely satisfied with our purchase of the Gemini Series, Navy casket.

This review is 100% real and authentic. My mother made her wishes very clear to us about what she wanted and the type of casket she wanted. I found it and Joe made the process extremely easy and perfect! I was kind of skeptical in the beginning and only because he communicated so fast and well. That’s rare. Joe got the job done! And my mom’s casket is beautiful and great quality.
