It is merely impossible to find a new strap and bezel for my GF-8250K-4JR Frogman divers watch. Hours i spent on the internet in searchung for spare parts and this finally led me to Casiopart. At Casiopart i was able to order 2 new straps and a bezel. The guys asked me to be patient as the spare parts where not on stock. Intermittently they gave me an info like "hi, be patient, your stuff is not ready yet" - and then - "hey, just a little more time and then we are done" - and finally "We got your stuff and will send it now". Hey - you guys really made me happy - excellent and kind communication, SUPER quality - and last but not least i can wear my beloved G-Shock again! I'd give you 5 billion stars but just 5 of them are possible - thanks a lot and cheers, Rudy (from Germany)

First of all, If you are ordering an old g-shock part, do not expect to get it fast. Some parts takes times, like month or two. But I assure you it is totally worth it. Customer service was nice and polite. They replied my all questions.

Ordered a part on Jan 17th, to this day have not recieved it. Wrote to customer service and was told it was due to weather. Have reached out several times for a resolution as it has been over a month, and have not heard back. I would advice to find what you need elsewhere

The customer service was superb. The order took much longer to complete than I expected. However, when I contacted support, it was extraordinary. Fast, polite, well written, direct. My question was directly answered and no excuses made or implied. I wrote on one day and was answered the next. Even a few days later I am still imprressed.

I love my Casio G-Shock watch, but when the band broke, I was heartbroken. However, I found this website where I can order parts for my watch. My package got stopped by the customs in Europe, asking for additional documentation. I've contacted Casiopart about it several times without getting a single reply. Horrible customer service. The whole website is automated and no one will take care of the customers.
