Hello my name is Jennika and recently I won pretty big at this casino. I've played with them since 2024. Never had a issue with customer service, never had a issue with withdrawals. As long as you read the terms follow the rules the casino itself is one of the best I've played at. I recently lost my mom and they processed my first payment as well as offered kind words to. Do NOT believe the bad reviews. I am in the US and I love this casino.

No idea where all these 5 star reviews are coming from. This casino and it's sister casinos are an honest to God money grab. That's it, point blank. Bonuses pay zero dollars 99% of the time. Unless you like paying for someone else's Lambo or their mansion by the sea, don't waste your time or money. It's not even close to a good time. Go play Mario Cart, I guarantee you will feel better. It's a legitimate joke. "Random Generated" hahaha, nothing random about their thievery, read the one-star reviews, those are real people.

Thanks for your feedback—we’re sorry to hear you feel this way about your experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. To assure the integrity of our games, a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) is always used to determine the outcomes of our games. Whether it's a spin of wheel, a roll of a dice or a hand of cards, in each event a RNG is utilized to ensure compliance with relevant standards. The system has been rigorously tested by running tens of millions of games and examining their results.

This RTG casino uses the lowest RTP model that RTG provides. Most other RTG models are 94%ish They offer 3 models. Casinomax uses the 91% rtp model. Do not deposit here. The odds of you winning are extremely decreased because of the RTP settings. This includes casinomax, slotsninja, slotsroom, roaring21 and cherryjackpot. Avoid.
