Worst casino and worst customer service. They lie with offers and use offers as bait. They are running a scam and everyone should avoid them at any cost

Worst casino site in UK. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Crashes constantly, awful bonuses, pathetic promos and terrible customer service. Do not use!

For all those that have had issues, this would be because of regulations and something YOU have done. I've seen reviews where people have even said you have used someone else's card! You can't do that with any gambling site!! I deposited 20 today, won 50 and a few hours later the withdrawal has come through. The site isn't the best but the service is great. I used the text service and Noah and Axcel were quick, professional and friendly. Withdrawals on the slow side but it's not an issue, if you NEED the money then you shouldn't be gambling. Site could be quicker but there is a wide range of games...will continue to use..

Be very careful with this website, they advertise a welcome bonus with very clear T&C, I chose to deposit £20 and it deposited £40 and then the promotion which clearly states you need to deposit and wager £20 changed to £40. I got in touch with Support - Noah, who was completely useless, it's in black and white in their terms but said because I had deposited £40, I had to wager £40 even though he even pasted their T&C which stated £20! I will be raising a fraud/scam request with my card holder when this come out of pending. Shame on me for not checking here first though, looks like others are having issues too.

Having tried dozens of online gaming sites, this is without doubt the worst. Lost my money faster than on any other sites. Not a huge amount, but still. Slots are mostly very basic, and most don't have any interesting mechanics, or mini games you can unlock within them, other than scatters. RTP seems way lower than most other sites I've tried. The site looks and feels very amateurish overall, pages don't load half the time and I regret spending any money with them.

From all the casinos I've tried this one is the worst one, very poor payouts, no free spins rewarded, dodgy transactions, must be run by scammers
