Blocked my account after I requested a withdrawal

Avoid . Joined placed a bet . Tried to log in later on and found I couldn’t . Turns out I’d spelt my password incorrectly. Error on my behalf . Contacted an agent who , to be fair , was quite helpful changed it for me . But I still couldn’t log in . This was 2 weeks ago and I’ve contacted them several times only to be told that my issue has been passed to the relevant department. Haven’t even had chance to check if my bet won . Absolutely appalling service .

I tried depositing it kept rejecting it then they apologised I got 5 quid free bet won 164 and behold I can't withdraw it. Stay well away from this site

Deposit not returned and no communication

I just opened an account - deposited £10 - my balance is showing £0 - I went on live chat and was told the £10 was not showing because I had reached my affordability limit!! I haven’t even placed a bet yet and only spend a few £10 bets per annum in total on any betting site. What a lot of nonsense - it is blatant robbery - I’m going to contact police and the betting regulator

Do not use this site. Deposited and got a £30 bonus and 100 free spins. Did not receive free spins and there is no way to actually play the bonus amount. The site kept glitching and logging me out. I would literally use any other site as this is a complete waste of time and money.
