As others have stated they should receive 0 Stars . I have read through all of these reviews and it appears we all basically have the same story. I have an email from Ashley telling me how much I was going to be paid, my tracking number is also in the email so I have proof they received the goods. Is there anything we can do in order to get paid? I am open to any suggestions, this is really terrible that they are taking advantage of people who really need this money, besides helping others. I know I can use the money.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I referred a friend to them ( which I should not have done ) because they were almost 3 months getting mine paid. My friend gave me a place to live when I had no where to go. She sent her pkg. Dec 7, 2017 and USPS verified the pkg arrived to Cashnow Dec 11th, 2017. It is now April 24th 2018 and she still hasn't been paid! 4 and a half months. She finally talked with someone back on Jan. 30 and they told her they would send it to accounting and payables. Or call her if there were anymore problems. 3 months have gone by and no word from anyone. I feel terrible, and my friend is not talking to me. She was hoping to some late Christmas shopping for her kids. It's now almost a month since Easter. They say they are helping people with the test strips but do they have to screw the people that are sending them. We both needed the money and now I feel like I have to give her the money out of my own pocket and I don't have it to give. I filed a complaint with USPS and she took pictures of the stuff in the box and the box with the mailing label on it. This company is not ok. Messing with people that really need the money or they wouldn't be sending them there stuff. If she wanted to give it away she could have done that on her own!!!

Again shipped 2 boxes of strips, they signed and received on Dec 11, 2017. I have heard nothing. Emailed; voicemail; did a testimonial on their website asking why. There is no response... nothing. They said at one point they were behind but 4 months??? This is absurd what a rip-off. DO NOT USE A COMPANY YOU CAN'T TRUST

Well my husband sent in 4 boxes of test strips for me in january. They were marked as being received a few days later and here it is April 23 and still no responce or payment.

This company steals your test strips, then resells them. They don't pay you... Don't fall for their promise of payment..They owe me for strips I sent back in January...

This is my first experience with this company and I will be going back to my previous company for future transactions. I encourage each and every one of you to contact USPS. Use of USPS for perpetrating fraud is a VERY big deal. 1-800-ASK-USPS will put you in touch with a customer service agent who can file a report with the Postal Inspectors. There's sometimes long waits to get through. You can also file a report on the Postal Inspectors website at USPIS.GOV. At home page, click on "contact us" a page listing mail fraud, mail scams, etc will come up. Select either the fraud or scam reporting and fill out the form completely. This is very important!! Postal Inspectors seem to work on cases with many reports on one company because they know that represents a large problem. Let's work together and force this company into accountability for their actions!!

I decided to give them a try, instead of my usual company, cause cash now paid a little more, big mistake, cause I have yet to be paid. Slow to pay, even after emailing. Told it was sent to accounting for payment still nothing. Doesn't take that long for a paypal payment. Im going back to the original people I did business with next time, they may be a little less, but pay me same day they receive Strips at tje latest next day.

I too am waiting for payment for over a month!! after reading prior reviews, i I have also decided to contact AG and BBB. I
