I requested a cashout and after a few days they had not paid yet and I noticed that it was on hold. I emailed them asking what was going on and I was told that it was because I had completed the offer before. I kindly informed them that although it was for the same game app, it was a completely different offer from a different offerwall provider. After some back and forth emails, I was told to contact them through Discord. The person I spoke to on there told me that I would not be paid because it was against their rules to complete an offer for a game app, even if it was a different offer from a different offerwall. I then told them that they are basically scamming people out of money they earned. Apparently they have no problem taking the money they receive from the advertisers that are supposed to be paid to the users and using the excuse that a user can only be paid once for a game app offer regardless of it being a completely different offer from a completely different offerwall and keeping it for themselves. Since they claim that their rules are to provide a fair environment to all users, I asked them how it was fair for them to keep they money they were paid from the advertisers but not pay the users of their site. I also asked them if they were not going to pay me if they would be returning the money they received back to the advertisers of course to which they did not reply. So let this be a warning to everyone that the people running this site are very shady and I would advise to stay away from them. Also be aware that they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

I've earned approx 600$ on the site and did an offer that paid 300$ at once so it with such a big offer hold was expected. The offerwall had 14 days hold and CIS held it for 6 more weeks after that. I can happily say that I was paid right after it was released, so the site is very much trustworthy and can be trusted with bigger offers as well! However, the maximum cashout request at once is 100$ so it would be great if that could be increased since you have to request a withdrawal multiple times if you get paid more than that. TL;DR, one of the highest rates in the industry, trustworthy and great customer support if you ever happen to need it!
