First, please rest assured that Cherries (GrabCherries) doesn’t arbitrarily reverse surveys. Every chargeback goes through their internal quality review. If you check your earnings history, you should see a $3.83 survey from Cherries that was credited previously, this is likely the one that got reversed. Sometimes these reviews take days or even weeks after the survey is completed which is why the timing might feel unexpected. Also, it's important to note that survey reversals aren't unique to Cherries. Every survey provider we work with including YourSurveys, PrimeSurveys and others work with survey agencies that perform post-completion quality checks and may reject entries based on several factors such as: Finishing too quickly, contradictory answers, proxy/VPN usage, failing attention checks, multiple entries from the same household, inaccurate demographic information or not matching the client’s target after full submission. While we understand how disappointing it can be, this is unfortunately part of how the market research industry operates. We do our best to maintain fairness and offer transparency but we also need to balance it with sustainability. Because we pay the highest rates in the industry on offers and surveys, we don’t have the ability to cover reversed offers/surveys. Unfortunately, it was later reversed on June 26, 2025 so it’s a completion from last month. While survey providers do not share specific rejection reasons with us, we continuously push them to improve their systems and reduce the number of chargebacks.
