Some high risk offers have hold times because our advertising partners can still issue chargebacks weeks after completion. This isn’t unique to our site, it’s standard in the GPT industry to protect both the platform and our members. Many rewards are released quickly especially when members provide proof and plenty of offers credit instantly with no hold. Since we pay out at a 90% rate, the highest in the industry, we have to be extra careful with certain offers to protect against chargebacks and keep the platform fair for everyone. We do allow family members to have their own accounts and all accounts need to go through verification. Using the same device or internet connection however can trigger our fraud-prevention flags which is what happened in your case. Our team has already responded to your ticket and is still reviewing the situation. The delay is due to several overlapping issues that need investigation: multiple accounts created in August, shared devices and connections within your household and a high chargeback rate linked to one of the accounts. Together, these factors require additional checks before we can move forward with withdrawals. We completely understand how frustrating delays can be but these steps are essential to keeping the platform fair and secure for everyone. We will update you as soon as the review is complete. Update: After reviewing your latest message via ticket, you confirmed that your account was originally created on your brother’s computer which explains why both accounts were flagged. Even though you and your brother now use separate devices, that initial setup triggered the system checks.
