CashInStyle Response
In response to CashInStyle response. Thank you for your timely responsive input and clarification and I apologize if you yourself don't control those actions and are the actions of the survey companies you are hosting, but I ask you this, what are your required standards to these survey companies in order to host them on your website? Do you not have a quality control requirement requested from these survey companies because your members are important to you? The A/B testing you mentioned don't seem to be the case in my case, I kept trying over and over to regain the lost credits taken away to either qualify for a survey or reach the 100% and time and time again I would get very near 90%-96% and then just before getting there I have a "paused survey" message this is not just coincidence its intentional, if you care about your members and the time they expend with honest quality answers then set a required standard and kick out those companies who are not transparent because like it or not they reflect negatively on your website and reputation

Thank you sharing your feedback and for explaining your concerns in more detail. We genuinely understand how frustrating it can be to invest time into surveys and feel let down by late disqualifications or technical issues. Survey quality is a shared responsibility between platforms like ours and the market research companies that provide the surveys. You are absolutely right, survey partners reflect on us and we do take responsibility. Before onboarding any survey provider, we review factors such as historical performance, reversal rates, compliance standards and feedback from other get paid to websites owners. We also continuously monitor live performance, including completion rates, user complaints and abnormal patterns. That said, the market research industry as a whole faces ongoing challenges. Thousands of surveys are launched and unfortunately a percentage suffer from poor targeting, quota closures near completion or technical problems that cause late disqualifications. This is not the experience we want for our members and we actively report these issues and push partners to improve. To help compensate members for this reality, CashInStyle intentionally pays higher rewards than most platforms for the same survey integrations. We want our members to receive better value for their time compared to other sites using identical providers. Regarding Cherries specifically, they are one of our top-performing partners. They are known for using AI-based matching to better pair users with suitable surveys and for identifying and penalizing sub-providers with high drop-off or chargeback rates. Even with advanced matching in place, there are times when survey availability or targeting limitations prevent a good match and this can occasionally impact the experience despite best efforts. Like CashInStyle, Cherries is a fast-growing market research company and is actively improving its systems to enhance transparency and user experience. While no platform can completely eliminate poor-quality surveys in such a large ecosystem, we remain committed to higher payouts, transparency, active quality control and continuous feedback loops with our partners. Feedback like yours is taken seriously and directly influences how we evaluate and work with survey providers. We appreciate you holding us accountable and sharing your experience, it helps us improve for everyone.
