Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We have reviewed the account associated with this review and found that the majority of activity consisted of survey completions. We would like to clarify an important point: CashInStyle does not create or initiate survey chargebacks. Chargebacks are issued by survey providers when they determine that a survey response does not meet their quality requirements. Once a survey provider reverses a reward, we receive a reconciliation report and we apply the same adjustment to the member account. As an example, your account received a survey reconciliation from on May 29, 2026, for -$3.20. This adjustment originated from the survey provider not from CashInStyle. Survey providers evaluate response quality using a variety of measures. Common reasons for survey reversals include: 1- Completing surveys significantly faster than expected ("speeding") 2- Providing inconsistent or contradictory answers 3- Failing attention-check or quality-control questions 4- Demographic information not matching previous responses Duplicate responses 5- Suspicious or automated response patterns 6- Responses that are determined to be low quality during advertiser review CashInStyle actively encourages high-quality survey participation and maintaining high survey quality is critical for the entire platform. Survey providers expect low chargeback and rejection rates, typically around 5%. Accounts with significantly higher reversal rates can negatively impact our relationships with providers, reduce survey availability for all members and ultimately affect earning opportunities across the platform. We also want to correct the claim that CashInStyle performs arbitrary weekend chargebacks or removes balances from members. Chargebacks are processed only after we receive confirmation from the survey provider or advertiser. We do not manually invent chargebacks. The allegation that we "scam" members every weekend or intentionally remove small balances from large numbers of accounts is simply false. If this were our business model, we would not have built long-term relationships with leading industry partners, maintained a large active member base or paid out more than $1.4 million to users over 2 years. We remain committed to rewarding legitimate, high-quality activity while maintaining the standards required by our survey and advertising partners.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration and would like to provide some context. Over time, we have seen increased fraud, abuse and advertiser compliance issues from a small number of countries. To protect the platform our advertisers and the vast majority of legitimate members, we have had to restrict access in certain regions. These decisions are based on traffic quality, fraud levels, and partner requirements not on an individual member's account history or whether they have chargebacks. Unfortunately, when fraud levels rise in a region, it can put advertiser relationships, survey access, offer availability and even payment processing at risk for everyone. Restricting high-risk regions is one of the measures we use to help maintain a healthy platform and continue providing competitive rates and fast payments to our members. While members in restricted countries may no longer be able to complete offers and surveys, referral earnings remain available. Members can still invite others and earn 10% of their referrals' earnings which may help them reach the minimum withdrawal threshold. Regarding your balance, our minimum withdrawal amount is $2. We understand that having a balance below the withdrawal threshold can be disappointing but this policy applies equally to all members. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, we strongly disagree with the claim that CashInStyle does not pay its members. Since launch, we have successfully processed thousands of withdrawals and paid over $1.4 million to our members. Payments are regularly sent through PayPal, crypto and gift cards. You posted on our Discord server and were banned after repeatedly failing to follow community rules and showing a lack of respect toward the staff members who were attempting to assist you. We strive to provide support to all members but we also expect interactions with our moderators and administrators to remain respectful. It becomes very difficult for us to provide assistance when those standards are not maintained. Additionally, we do not place withdrawals on hold or suspend accounts without cause. Any hold, restriction or account action is based on information identified during our review process and is handled according to our policies.
