Basically, this was a seamless transaction. I submitted my information online with the information and condition about the item I was selling (a 2012 Mac Mini), CashForYourMac emailed me a document with a Fed Ex label and packing instructions, I packaged the item as directed, dropped it off with Fed Ex, and four days later CFYM approved the transaction (confirming that my description of the item and its condition were correct) and sent me a check a few days after that. And, they offered $60 more than I would have gotten with a trade in at the Apple Store. Would strongly recommend.

Totally awesome experience! They paid me $130 more than Apple offered me for a trade in when I bought my new MacBook Air. I shipped my old MacBook Air to them on a Monday, they received it on Tuesday, and I had the money in my PayPal account they promised me on Wednesday! No haggling, they paid exactly what they offered me before I sent it in. I would use them again for any Apple product I will upgrade from in the future!
