I placed my quote, was given the shipping label. Then was contacted twice regarding me getting my stuff sent in. Finally was able to get my 4 old laptops sent in. Have seen that they have gotten my laptops on the 14th of October but haven't received any money (Paper Check option chosen during quote process) and now I am not getting any response to my email or text messages. *Update* I left this review and someone finally contacted me. They wanted me to remove my review in order to complete my order (4 laptops) and I told them that I would update my review and they said that they are going to send me my laptops back because I wouldn't remove my bad review. I had one laptop that was locked on the bios screen and wouldn't unlock at all and I told them this through email communication Sorry I am not going to be bullied into leaving a "good" review just to please the company. Sorry that's not how this world works. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
