If they offer you a price you think is unbelievably fair, they would mark it down exponentially saying either the battery is old or there are a lot of scratches on it. Once you send it in and they 'review' it, they'll write back changing your $600 quote to $60. This is how they do business. DO NOT TRUST THESE FAKE REVIEWS.

Great communication across the process from the start to finish. They explain everything well along the process and once they inspect your device they will give a detailed report. Was a fast and easy process and great customer service too. If you are needing to sell a device or laptop that you no longer need this is a great choice.

Was easy to place an order. Got free usps label to ship. Got paid on time and will continue doing business with them.

I can't believe all these 5 star reviews??!! I sold my "MINT" condition laptop to cashforusedlaptop (JZ Shaw) and they emailed back and told me it was only in "good condition" and that the battery was failing. When I sent them pictures I took that showed the flawless condition and that my battery was in "Good Condition" they said they did some external test on the battery?? So of course how can you trust or believe them! They never again addressed the condition (so knew it was in MINT condition)! They offered less than half of the original quote - which was even less than "Fair" condition on their website! I said I wanted my laptop back and ask where to send the shipping label. Then suddenly they upped the amount they would give me. Really... why was my laptop not worth very much until I said I wanted it back? I then asked for a little more since mailing it back was going to cost me a fair amount and at that point I didn't want to hassle with it and they did agree to that. So in the end I did sell them my laptop but wasn't happy at all with the way they do business and still got quite a bit less than the original quote! I would not use them again! UPDATE 2/11/2023: I am a customer of yours (as verified by Trustpilot) and did sell you my laptop! The deal is done and there is nothing to resolve! I just wrote an honest review of my not so great experience with you so that others would have the facts. I believe most of these "5 star reviews" are either fake of have been paid for. There is even another reviewer on here who admitted that you paid them $10 to leave a 5 star review! Plus the majority of reviews all sound suspiciously the same... fast, friendly and fair, etc. They all sound like sales pitches and not real reviews! I've also read a bunch of 1 star reviews on other sites which sound like exactly what happened to me. You downgrade the condition, say the battery is failing and offer a paltry amount! So again - my review was to give an honest account of what happened to me and by the looks of reviews on other sites, this seems to be the norm!
