Don't trust them, their "transparency" is a facade
I was really disappointed by their initial lowball offer for my sterling silver flatware. I had read a couple of times that they paid the most amount of money for silver. That offer was far from it. They have a calculator on their website that you can figure out how much your silver will likely be worth. They have bloggers who recommend them. I was so disappointed that their initial offer was taking advantage of someone who didn't know better. I didn't accept that initial offer, but even though I got more than double the first offer in the end, I frankly don't feel good about the transaction because I don't trust them anymore. I suspect what I sold you was worth more than the $2000 you ultimately paid for it. I should have taken it to a local place for a comparison offer. People who are selling their silver aren't doing it for extra pocket money. I expected I would be treated with more respect and compassion, not cheated. I will not use their services again in the future, and I will not recommend them. I give them 2 stars because the process was efficient and relatively fast.
