Responses were always very prompt
Responses were always very prompt. I didn't have to wait for days or weeks to hear from the company. Once they made an offer and I accepted it, the check came within about a week or 10 days. I was pleased with the amount they paid me for my sterling silver dinnerware.

EVERYTHING went well
EVERYTHING went well. I had the option to print a Fed Ex label if I wanted to move quickly or to wait for a label to be mailed from the company. The company kept me up to date at every stage AND payment was prompt. In this day and age where customer service is sorely lacking in most industires, this company excels.

Great Experience
My experience had no surprises. Everything went exactly as stated on their website and package I received for shipment. Communication was continuous through the entire process.
