Good communication, easy process
I really appreciate the clear communication, the picture updates for what was not purchased, and the ability to mail/receive items back with free shipping and tracking. If I did not have the option to decline/receive items back without paying, I definitely wouldn’t have given this a try! I also feel that the offer was fair and the bonus 10% really sold me on this. Thanks!

Easy to use service / recommend
The transaction was smooth from start to finish. And very fast. The price I was quoted was fair. I recommend using this service if you have heritage silver flatware you would like to sell. The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is the Accept process had a glitch and did not function as it should have done. This required a call to the support number. The support rep was pleasant, direct, and resolved the Accept for me. Very pleased with the interaction.

The envelope that was sent came immediately, even had a coupon if sent back within a certain amount of days. As soon as received gave quote immediately.
