My name is Thomas Cartwright and I was stranded in Glasgow Kentucky on 4/10/2026 I called the Cash Express office and spoke to an agent named Tanya and she told me to stop by and they would see if they could help. Since the store was two blocks from where I was I pushed myself to there destination. I'm a paraplegic and I was down to my last $22.00 and had no way to get a hotel or transportation to Bowling Green to take care of my financial need to get back home which is two states over. The agents in the office were Manager Ashley, Crystal and Tanya that I already mentioned. These three women worked diligently three hours between dealing with customers and helping me get funds for a flight home and a ride to the airport. Ashley handled the situation with professional decision making with compassion and concerns for my safety. I wouldn't have and couldn't have made it home without the support of the team at Glasgow #1 Cash Express in Glasgow Kentucky. I give all respects and gratitude to this organization.
