I bought the 3 in 1 charger for Iphone/watch/earpods. It lasted less than 2 years. When contacted, Case-mate informed me that the warranty is only 1 year. The price of the item has increased from $56 to $150 and the "discount" code they provided is for only 25% off. There are other products on the market with great reviews for durability and performance, for much less money. It appears the Case-mate quality is poor. I will avoid their products.

Purchased a case mate case and screen protector for my iPhone 13 pro. Screen protector cracked and they want to charge for shipping a replacement. For what it cost, you should at least get 1 replacement for free. Will not be buying from them again.

The cover came in a very nice package. I used it on my Z-flip phone and it seemed like I made a good choice. Material seem rigid and tough. I'm sure it will do its job to protect the phone while open or closed. There is a soft, thin and flexible strip that connects to two parts of this cover. When the phone is in open position, it folds outward and sticks out (By the way, the photo on case-mate's site does not show this condition). A bit annoying, but tolerable. The Z-flip's power button is also a finger print sensor. The access opening on the cover is designed isn such a way that it is not aligned correctly with the power button, thus does not allow the print to be recognized. At this point (no mater how well built and how protective it is) it becomes useless. Unless this major design flaw gets corrected, I can't recommend anyone to buy this cover. BTW, I believe 2 stars is a generous rating. Definitely going to return this item.

When I purchased an iPhone 8 plus from the AT&T store, I also wanted a case to protect my purchase that was more stylish and that would allow me to see the back screen. The representative suggested a Case Mate case and explained that the case would protect the phone from 10 foot drops. One year later, I dropped my phone on a wooden floor from a height of 3 feet. The back screen cracked. Case Mate explained that their warranty only replaces broken cases. Do not purchase one of these "stylish" cases if you want your phone protected. They do not work and Case Mate will do nothing to help fix your broken screen.

I bought a case for my IPhone X at the AT&T store. Immediately put it on my phone and placed a Gadget Guard screen protector on it. Fast forward several months. I drop my phone on a wood floor from a height of 3 feet. It lands face down. Screen and protector are both cracked. Phone case completely unharmed. A phone case should protect your phone from accidents. This one did not. I visited their site and they only warranty their product from defect. They claim it protects your device, but they do not back up that claim. Kudos to Gadget Guard. They go above and beyond when/if their product fails. They realize accidents happen.

Customer Service experience was awful. The employee was rude, I asked him about the lifetime warranty on my stolen phone w/the case and he just hung up on me.
