Case MateReviews of case-mate.com

Plug in port doesn’t close, day 2. Called and emailed for Warrenty, the emailed pics 5 times. Very unprofessional and they don’t stand by ANY Warrenty. They just try to wear ya down so you stop. Going back to Otter Box. NOT happy at all and they just don’t care.

The WORST customer care/ support. Purchased a bumper for my Apple Watch 10 series 42 MM and the glass shattered. Representative very argumentative and seemed like trying to get me to jump through hoops. I showed proof of purchase, a photo of the shattered glass when it happens and then the bumper without the glass as I threw it out. That was not enough. They wanted a video and they wanted the glass that I already threw it out. Plus they told me to go back to the store. Unacceptable and horrible.! I will never buy another product from casemate

The Casemate charger does not work on the Casemate phone case and the phone case also does not enable charging from other touch chargers. A very poorly designed product.

I have purchased Case-Mate accessories for my iPhone for years, and had excellent customer service from them (despite this company having no number to directly speak with a customer service rep). Yesterday, I purchased products totaling $198.00+ for which I received an email confirmation with my order # attached. In the past, I received email updates regarding when the purchase(s) were shipped/how they were shipped,(with transport info included), along with the expected date of delivery. They always shipped UPS. I have heard nothing from Case-Mate since receiving my initial order confirmation #. When I logged into my account online, information showed that my products were being shipped USPS (the slowest, least expensive, and most unreliable form of transportation), without an expected delivery date or tracking # attached to the order. Yet another company too lazy to provide adequate customer service while still charging an arm and a leg for their products. Never again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND you buy a case from this case mate place. My order went through accidentally as I wanted to enter a promo code and wasn't apply to. Then I contacted them right away and they emailed back and said I had 30 minutes to cancel it. We'll that was a lie because it had only been 5 minutes and I wasn't able to cancel. They lie to you and trick you so ypu have to purchase it and keep it. Bunch of thieves, dont get anything from them. Poor customer service as well.

I bought a screen protector from the Google Store so had expected quality. In the first week a big scratch appeared across it. Next a corner was chipped off. Then I noticed a crack across it, then a second and now a third. I complained to Google who refunded it. Avoid.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to expose the true functionality of the Twinkle Disco Samsung 24 Ultra Case. It claims to have 12 ft drop rating but if you simply drop the device in the case while walking and are less than 5 ft tall giving about a 4 ft drop (1/3 of the 12 ft rating) your phone will shatter. The case did not meet any of the standards of protection and the company made no efforts to make it right. I highly advise and recommend going to a different brand who takes pride in their workmanship and the trust you put in it to keep your expensive devices safe. My phone was not misused nor abused but simply dropped downward at a very slow speed and very low height. Case Mate did not support but made excuses that despite the quality they claim even the smallest of instances can damage the device. So if this is a risk you want to take when spending 50$ on a case that measures the same standard as a 5$ case , be my guest but next time I'll pocket that 50$ to keep towards my repair cost since Case Mate falsely advertised their case in it's ability to protect my phone from "12 feet" with its "military grade" but failed from 4 ft. Thank you,  Alexis A.

Inferior product. Case turned color. Paid $50. Warranty does not cover shipping. Since produce is Inferior they should cover shipping.
