Customer experience effort.-
Customer experience effort.- Order wasn´t delivered on the date it was supposed to.- Tried to contact the seller trough the shop app, mail, whatsapp and instagram and didnt recieve an answer.- Couldn´t cancel the order.- After delivery they contacted me to see what was wrong with my purchase.- I appreciate the effort to remend errors.- Custommer experience needs to be upgraded.

Slow response
Slow response. Email requesting pictures of shoes is fair but not particularly friendly. Should be expressed differently.

Response time is too long
Response time is too long. I had to return a product and wanted a refund. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my credit card due to fraud. They were not able/willing to put the refund on a new credit card. They did give me a credit for future purchases. I now have to spend an additional $100+ I was not planning to.

Unresponsive costumer service, low quality order presentation
Had an issue with the order, costumer service was unresponsive. Shoe box was completely destroyed and couldn’t be used to wrap it as a gift.

Overall you offer good service
Overall you offer good service. But when I arrived to pickup my order, the order wasn’t there. You sent it vis Uber. I appreciate it but shouldn’t happen again.
