I have made several attempts to contact…
I have made several attempts to contact you regarding order #12484 being incorrect. I was sent the incorrect color for a NOX bag and am looking to have the correct one shipped. I have tried web submissions, several emails to different email addresses. No response. Previously my experience with Casas Padel has been fantastic. I am not sure what has happened here.

It's a scam
It's a scam. I bought two racquets and I only received one. Trying to contact with customer service during more than one week through email, whatsapp and website chat but nobody responses. Avoid. Update: After 2 weeks I have just received the second racquet. I'll change my review but customer service is still missing.

Nonexistent customer service
Bought a pair of padel shoes, and everything was going great because they arrived super quick and efficiently. But then after that, everything just went way worse. The shoes are a little big so I wanted to return them. At the moment I have contacted them by email, phone, whatsapp message and call and I have received no answer in any of the channels. It's enough that you have to take care of the returns and pay for it by yourself even if there's no way to know a size online, but at least they need to have a better customer service. As of today, still have the shoes and no answer from them

good racket, already came apart
I really like the racket so far! It has good power without compromising in control. The issue is that the central plastic part came off while playing my 7th game this week and the racket is still new.

Ordered a racquet with local uber…
Ordered a racquet with local uber delivery and thought the service would be super fast. It wasn’t fast at all. Called the number that appears on the website and all I could do is leave a voice mail. I had to go to their physical store so the employee could help me by calling the manager or owner of the store. Ended up canceling the order and buying the racquet at a different store. The store didn’t really make any effort to keep my business and immediately canceled my order. Additionally, prices at Casas are not competitive at all.

Hice 3 compras estando en estados unidos y me rechazaron todas y no me rembolsaron el dinero aun la verdad no entiendo porque razón rechazan las compras pero mi experiencia fue muy mala
