Dear Ethan, We are very disappointed to learn that you were not satisfied with your racket. We encourage you to come to the store where you originally purchased in-person to discuss with our sales agent who would be happy to help you. All rackets are sold brand new and sealed in their original protective plastic wrapper on the handle to ensure they have never been used before. All our rackets pass a quality certificate in the factory of the brand and in our facility to ensure they have no defects. Per our records, you purchased this racket directly in one of our physical stores, which means both yourself and our sales agent were able to check the racket before being sold to you directly in person. If you believe the racket has a factory defect in the carbon fiber, you can file for a warranty return.
