We purchased from Home Depot and the casainc shower system was excellent and easy to install, which the plumber approved of. It also feels like a perfect fit for us to actually use. We asked their customer service questions about the instructions and the service was excellent. I'm sure we'll buy from them again

Delivery was earlier than estimated by a day or two. We are not able to set up the umbrella as it is raining/ snowing now. We are going to wait until next spring. We did open the box and look at it and verified,as best we could,that all the parts were there and it was in good condition. Very sturdy/heavy duty looking. Very pleased with it. The color of the umbrella canvase was pretty acurately depicted on the website. Base is very large and should definitely counter the weight of the umbrella and post once filled. Can't wait until we can sit on the deck and use it as intended!
