I purchased a kitchen faucet directly from their website. I received it in a reasonable amount of time but, once installed, it leaked. I called customer service and they immediately sent repair parts via FedEx. Once the parts were replaced, it worked (works) perfectly and looks beautiful.

It is a nice product so far. We have used it several times and I like it covers the entire table all at once. Easy to put up n down and the cover is great. It came with a nice base, but we did not need to use it.

This was the most positive and honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced. Roma made sure to text and or call every step of the way for a piece I lost when delivered. The umbrella is amazing, great quality and works exactly as it is described. Provides shade to a large area and looks stylish. Had a question and contacted Customer Service, they were very responsive and helpful. I live in Florida this is a must have!!!!
