Item was just as I expected and beautiful

I really like the product. It looks great now that it's installed. In addition, I had questions and contacted the company. They were so responsive and polite. My problem was solved immediately.

We bought a shower system two years ago and have absolutely loved it. We originally had a hard time finding a system that included a tub spout, shower head, and wand at local retailers. We were very happy to have found CASAINC when we did. Easy install and great quality.

Very easy to deal with and responsive

This is a great looking shower/tub unit! While it is a little more complex to install, than your standard off the shelf unit, it makes the shower/tub are look WAY more professional! I recommend reading the instructions a few times, and you'll figure it out. There customer service was very helpful and had quick responses to my emails. I would definitely buy from them again.
