Customer service was #1wth product support & replacement

I thought I was missing a battery for my umbrella fan lighting. They got back to me with my concern within a day, Which was impressive and very much appreciated. Within a day or two they found out what the issue was in that the battery was actually located differently from the directions. They provided pictures which were very helpful. In the end, they sent me an extra battery for my troubles. That was very kind. Top notch Customer service.

We have installed 4 of the Casainc shower systems in our new build over five years ago with zero issues. Recently we were doing a remodel in our master bedroom/ensuite and we wanted to change the colour of the facuets. Thomas and the Casainc team did an amazing job sourcing the parts and helping find exactly what we needed and have gone above and beyond to help us with our project. I will continue to use their products in all my new builds and design builds as the product looks and functions perfectly and the customer support team is on point.

I purchased a 15' Umbrella and was missing a screw and wrench packet to assemble. The customer service technician was great at handling the missing part. Thanks

We searched for a rare part for our shower faucet. Casainc customer support person was extremely helpful with finding a suitable part and shipping it quickly. As a result there was no need to replace the whole faucet. We are very grateful for saving us troubles and money.

The umbrella is very pretty, especially with the lights at night.The company has always been very helpful with any questions or help that I needed. They have great colors to chose from.
