very good quality system and components. Had 1 small issue and contacted customer support, who replied within 24 hours and we are moving to get issue corrected. Only suggestion is to clarify tile openings/template for tile behind the control panel, but my tile person was able to meet the needs. Definitely will recommend

I ordered two set of faucet through Home Depot. They arrived promptly. One of the faucet taps was missing. After a single call with the customer service, I was able to send a picture of the part tgat was missing and they shipped a replacement within 2 days. It helped conplete my project in time. This is a high quality product and amazing and helpful customer service experience.
