My delivery from FedEx was stolen before I was at the location to receive the package. FedEx opened up a claim but denied it. I was in a bad position and was not going to be able to reorder and pay for a new item. Staphanie at Casainc came to the rescue. She researched the situation and went the extra mile to get another one of the same items sent out at no additional charge. She went the persevered and stayed on top of everything from the first moment on. I cannot thank her enough. She deserves to be commended. In over 40 years of being in business, I never experienced the customer service, diligence, and kindness that I experienced with her. She was phenomenal.
