I purchased a home with Casainc products in my bathroom. They look nice and are easy to use. Unfortunately, the handle broke off one of my shower fixtures and I needed help locating and replacing the part. I contacted customer service and Camellia has been very responsive and helpful in finding the part and helping me replace it.

Great customer service. They went above and beyond, verifying my part’s speciations to ensure they sent the correct replacement cartridge.
