Customer Service Agent (Diane) was very helpful, attentive and she followed up the next day as promised. The ability to communicate with her via phone calls, text messages and emails was a tremendous help. This allowed me to share my situation by photos and video.

This shower setup was just what we wanted. It's stylish and looks great in our new bathrooms. We actually ordered three for our new condo renovation and they all work like a dream. We love the slding arm and the rain shower especially. For something that was this inexpensive, it punches above its weight in quality. 100% pleased.
