9x15 Patio Umbrella
We ordered a 9x15 Patio Umbrella. We discovered during assembly that the support pole joining the base to the canopy would not lock in place. The spring-loaded catch did not line up with the hole that it was supposed to catch on. I called customer Service explained the problem and sent pictures of the misalignment. The correct part arrived a couple of days after my call and fit perfectly. There were no delays, hassles, or costs. It was exactly how I had hoped it would work out.
