Diane did an excellent job of understanding my issue and responding to it immediately. The replacement part was ordered and delivered within 3 days. Great customer service!

The purpose of my contacting CASAINC was due to a failing on their part: the showerhead kit I purchased was missing a critical piece. That being said, their customer service (Stephanie is the primary contact I can recall, and am unaware if I communicated with anyone other than her) did a competent job of gathering all the necessary information and shipping the missing piece to me. They updated me along the way and I only felt the need to follow up with them once, and I received a prompt response when I did so. That is a positive customer service experience that turned a poor experience into a good one. Because of that, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

I purchased a bathroom faucet from Casainc that worked perfectly for our new bathroom. I had a minor issue that Yamy from customer service was able to resolve easily. Yamy responded very quickly and provided an excellent customer experience! I would definitely purchase from this Company again!

Excellent customer service. I thought my faucet had a broken piece but they sent me a video on how to install after I contacted them. Easy day!

Jane helped me to get the correct patio umbrella she was so nice to make sure that I'll received the correct patio umbrella. She even follow up to make sure I received it and the right one... Wayfair support did an incredible job assisting me with some questions. Their product is excellent, but it is also nice to talk to a live person if you have any questions when you receive your product. I would definitely recommend Wayfair!
