I bought the Luxury Waterfallshower kit through Lowe’s and had it installed a little over a year a go and had noticed the wand hose coating coming off so I reached out to customer service. They were very prompt and resolved my issues. The shower kit has worked extremely well and would definitely buy again.

When I first bought it, I called their customer service, and they were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right product for my needs. I definitely recommend buying directly from their website and giving them a call if you need help choosing, because their customer service really makes the process easy. After a year, I had a small issue with the handheld shower hose, and they replaced it without any hassle at all. They just sent me a new one. I'm fully satisfied and would recommend this brand to everyone. It’s been a great experience!
