I recently purchased a new house that included some Casainc shower products. The products appear to be well made and are great looking. I had a question about one of the products so I called the help line. The person that answered was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly answer my question. Great products and great service.

I purchased a shower system from Casainc and had some trouble fitting the wallplate. I contacted customer service right away and they were extremely helpful. I ended up being able to get the wallplate to fit so I was didn't need more help. However they continued to follow up with me and my contractor to make sure we were completely satisfied, even offering to replace the plate. I am extremely happy with Casainc customer service. I will recommend them and continue to purchase them in the future

I recently purchased this TV cabinet, and I’m extremely happy with it. The design is absolutely gorgeous — unique, stylish, and even better in person. It also comes with a very clear and easy-to-follow manual, which made the setup simple. There was a small issue with a few parts when it arrived, but the customer service team handled it incredibly well. I contacted them, and they followed up with me multiple times to make sure they fully understood the issue and confirmed which parts needed attention. They put in a lot of effort, communicated clearly, and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I’m very satisfied — beautiful product, great quality, and excellent customer support. Highly recommended!

I needed to order a replacment valve cartridge for my casainc thermostatic shower system and the entire process was great. I ordered the part of their website, received a call to confirm the order and confirm it was the correct part for my particular system and received it via overnight shipping. It was easy to swap out on my own and I received continued follow up from the customer service team to ensure I was able to get it swapped out and working properly. I was very impressed with the level of service and communication throughout the entire process.

Great customer service provided.
