I bought the heat and massage lift chair recliner in July. I love that chair that is the best chair I’ve ever owned. If you have a backache or your stress, you get back in that recliner and turn that heat massage on and you’ll fall asleep in no time it is such a good chair and their customer service is awesome also. The chairs are so good. I ordered two a matching set for my mother and I. And the price on those chairs beat the price I found on a lift reclining chair anywhere. I had the best interaction with their customer service that I’ve had with any customer service in a long time. This company really cares about their customers. I had a small problem with the controller on a lift chair and customer service helped me get that straightened out right.

Excellent timely service that resolved my issue immediately. I wish the installation guide had more detail to avoid the question in the first place, but the support was excellent.
