I conducted pressure testing (65 PSI at the inlet), created detailed video QA documentation, and even provided comparative flow analysis between hot and cold settings. What impressed me most was not just that CASAINC responded — it was how they responded. • They reviewed multiple video submissions. • They consulted with their factory and technical department. • They arranged replacement thermostatic cartridges without requiring return of the original. • They followed up consistently—even while I was traveling. • They reshipped alternate 2-inch body jets to optimize performance under U.S. water pressure conditions. • They remained patient, professional, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. At no point did they disappear, deflect, or close the case prematurely. Instead, Mona and her team demonstrated continuous follow-up, thoughtful technical engagement, and a genuine desire to ensure the issue was fully resolved. Fantastic 6 jet & rain shower & great service support after purchase!!

I bought a Kitchen Faucet from CASAINC. The faucet was having issue about the control box. However, the customer service resolved the issue very quickly and I got the item replaced without any issues. Highly recommend.

I ordered four of the casa ink showers for my house. They arrived really fast and fully packaged nicely once installed. I am really happy about those showers. They work great nice pressure nice hardware I love how I can change between the Jets to handle and a showerhead everything feels really high-quality and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely order again. Over period of a year, there was issue with one of the faucets, Customer Service has been great, they are very honest, prompt and nothing but nice and accommodating highly recommend.
