The customer service has been very supportive. I had parts go missing when two different crews were working on my bathroom renovation. Customer service very helpfully sent me replacement parts at no charge! I will update this review when everything is delivered and finally installed! UPDATE: Received the parts, and the shower fixture is installed! It's beautiful, easy to use & looks great in my guest bathroom. The wand is awesome & the showerhead has great pressure. Thank you, Casainc, for the great customer support.
