In love...
I bought the Calini coffee table - it's gorgeous and really fits in nicely with my loungeroom. I had a small issue upon delivery and the team were straight on it and resolved my concerns immediately. Wish I had room for another!

Recommend for mood, functionality and ambience
The customer service to answer questions and process an exchange was great. Appreciate the ability to email dialogue. It has been a new added benefit with about 4-5 business that I've dealt with this past year vs. the frustration dealing with others via long phone waiting times and multiple transfers to deal with issues. Do love the multiple purposes of the lights. I have 2x floor and 2x desk and once you learn how to program it's a nice feature for mood, functionality and overall ambience.

Following a pre-Christmas 'nudge' as to where my vases were - a present for someone very important to me - they arrived special delivery in time. I was thrilled, as we the recipient. Thank you to all at Casa Di Lumo for such a prompt and efficient response. Being able to give the stunning vases for Christmas made a big difference to me.

Lightning fast customer service
I ordered 2 warm light Otis lamps and they look amazing! So happy to have nice lights I can plug directly to an outlet. I originally was sent the wrong color, but Elie with customer service quickly shipped me correct ones at no additional charge. This may be the best customer service I believe I’ve ever had with a misshipped item.

Ordered 4 Apollo Floor Lamps for my…
Ordered 4 Apollo Floor Lamps for my home. Initially, I was facing issues with a single remote controlling all four of my lamps, but after messaging customer support they were quick to guide me through instructions to pair individual remotes to specific lamps. Very cool, never seen anything like them before. They've really changed up my space.

Received my Calini Coffee Table set in…
Received my Calini Coffee Table set in only 5 days to LA. Really quick delivery, and customer support was super friendly to communicate with. Will definitely be coming back for more. As for the tables themselves, unlike anything I’ve ever seen before, the colours they produce are so magical and excellent quality.

Ordered the Fleur Vase Set as a gift…
Ordered the Fleur Vase Set as a gift for my parents in law. It was delivered in only 5 days to Florida, US. They absolutely love it, and keep saying how the colours are so lovely, it’s added exactly the ambience to their home that they were looking for.
