Great product, Terrible (no) support!
Product is great as long as you can figure out how to use without an hiccups. Support is terrible.

Good product, Bad response times
I think it's a very good service. However, the response times and feedback on customization are very slow. If one person is out of the office, it appears as though nobody else can look into certain issues.

James, I'm very sorry you've had poor service and we are currently growing our team to help improve response times. That said, I want to make sure you're not conflating CartRover with other products that CIO Technologies offers. Our other products have different support than CartRover and I'm not aware of customizations or delays with your CartRover account. If you are having some, please do reach out to us with specifics so we can make sure to improve our communication and service. We strive for quick turnaround with CartRover support, but I cannot speak to support with other services. Thank you for voicing your concerns so we can improve.
