I purchased the image cartoonizer on 2014, when i wanted to get the latest update it was not possible, because we need to pay an extra charge, i sent an email to have a free update, and i got it without paying anything, i appreciate really!

The site works fine, i tested 3 of their softwares, i got an issue with one in my windows 10 PC, the effects didn't worked for me, i contacted the customer support, and he resolved the issue in one day, for those who have the same issue, you need to clear the windows Temp folder, and the effects will magically work again!

I have paid and received the software immediately, however upon install the software didn't responded. Later after contacting the customer service they send me a Updated software file, however even the second one isn't responding. I tried contacting the team via email(thats the only option) however the they choose to not respond to me. MY MONEY IS GONE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. dont purchase from this vendor as they just cheat the customers. As per your reply, I rechecked the spam mail and i haven’t found a single reply. PLEASE STOP LYING . Am I missing someting? Please find below the screenshot of the email that I have sent to you and never got a response. Email sent on 19th April, 24th April and 29th April.
