I had an exceedingly unsatisfactory encounter with CarSwitch. The assertion of a meticulous vehicle inspection, which ostensibly warranted my purchase decision, was regrettably far from the reality. Subsequent to my acquisition, during a routine oil change procedure, it was shockingly revealed that an extensive array of leaks pervaded the vehicle, spanning from the engine to the rear axle. Upon attempting to address this concerning revelation with their after-sales department, I was met with the familiar refrain of "Kindly refer to our terms and conditions, sir" followed by a disheartening declaration of non-accountability. In light of this disconcerting experience, I am compelled to withhold any endorsement for CarSwitch. I would, instead, earnestly advise prospective buyers to explore alternative avenues, such as Dubizzle, for a more reliable and transparent transaction experience.

Ignore the carswitch checks! It does not cover anything. The Car sold to me was delivered as it was too far to visit in person. I trusted Carswitch checks would be ok. Car arrived with 7000 km more than advertised, it had its service light flashing, broken windscreen wipers, very dirty, missing parcelshelf, additional crack in windscreen, car play was advertised and not available. I have since asked carswitch to resolve and they have not helped me at all. Even though the seller has not told the truth on the advert. I have tried to resolve with Carswitch and all issues were reported immediately but they have been very unhelpful. I am now 5200 SAR out of pocket.
