Guys, I want to share my honest experience with CarSwitch. Unless you are in urgent need of money, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before selling your car through them. Recently, I approached them with my well-maintained BMW, regularly serviced at AGMC. Based on the market prices I checked online, similar cars were valued around AED 75,000–85,000, yet their offer was just AED 30,000! I understand they are running a business, but such a huge difference is honestly disappointing. A car is not just a piece of metal; it represents your money, care, time, and sometimes sentimental value. My advice is simple: Don’t rush to sell your car just because someone promises quick cash. Compare offers, explore other options, and know your car’s market value before making a decision. This is my personal experience, and I hope it helps others avoid disappointment.

Tried it they jist ignore your messages and keep deprecating your car with no real sale

Very badly handled by the costumer service. I came to know during their inspection that there was a small issue with my car, that I though was in perfect conditions. So, I requested to hold the add for the car (that I had already paid) for a couple of days to be able to fix the issue, because I didn't want to have it advertised with the related item pending. They were very inflexible and didn't want even to reason a solution. The add had to go or I hade to cancel the service. So, I cancelled. I wonder they might have many costummers, so they feel like they can loose clients easy this way. I wish good luck for them but I don't recommend their service.
