I can't rave enough about the customer service CarShipIO offers to their customers! I recently signed up and from the start they have been so helpful and informative with their platform! What a time saver this platform is that they've created to help Transportation Brokers like myself keep freight moving with less paperwork and more organization. I love the Live Chat feature they offer weekdays and always have some there to assist with screen shot images to help along the way! Thank you CarShipIO for helping my business grow!

These guys are the best they loaded and unloaded my Lamborghini with ease n precious! They picked my lambo up early and had it to me before the estimated delivery time I would highly recommend them for any of your auto transport needs! Whether its a 500k exotic or a project car if your smart and need you vehicle transported you will use them!! Thanks again for getting my baby to me safe n sound much luv n respect

Application glitches often, signature box doesn't work all the time, no Google Maps redirect from the address line, problems with desktop Google Chrome

Poor customer service. Can't ever get an accurate answer are someone to call back little less answer the phone.

Every time I send an invoice it either goes to the customers junk or spam box. If it does some how get to them they don’t know it’s me because the emails say Carshipio not my company name. This delays pays considerably

If I had a way of giving 10 stars it would be to THIS company!! Their software is ALL you need to run your business with loads and accounting. It does everything you will need it to do and the customer service is the best!! PLEASE before you shop and buy ..TRY them...you won't go wrong at all!!

Good platform to use as a freight broker. Easy to post loads, track loads and invoice clients.
