PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY CARSHIPIO Years ago I put a profile A Mill towing llc on car ship io and never recieved not one load from this company since then I have discovered this company is allowing outside customers to leave negative and damaging reviews that have no merit on their platform with no way for me to defend myself against the untrue statements I have sent emails and tried multiple times to call this company has terrible communications nothing but negative things about this company i will be pursuing legal action against this company do not use for no reason at all they are destroying my business and I never made a dollar off them

Had a car shipped from Hartford to Seattle via Prime Track through carshipio during arctic conditions for most of the trip. There was a couple day delay but this was communicated to me beforehand by Said. I was contacted by Alex a couple hours prior to delivery. The car was shipped uncovered so there was some expected road grime but it washed right off. I received the car in excellent condition. Great experience, especially considering the weather.

Since starting with CarShipIO, our experience was honestly a bit bumpy at first. We were switching from JTracker and even tested 2 - 3 other systems. For a few months, our small team struggled to adjust, mostly because we were stubborn and kept chasing “simplicity” instead of actually learning the platform. The CarShipIO team kept insisting on proper training, but we initially ignored it. Once we finally agreed and went through the detailed free trainings including onboarding two brand-new sales reps - everything changed. The sessions were very hands-on and tailored specifically to how our company operates. That’s when we realized how powerful the platform actually is. We were able to eliminate 3 - 4 outside tools and manual processes we had kept using out of habit from JTracker’s limitations. That alone saved us at least 10 hours a week and a lot of unnecessary stress. After about two years on CarShipIO, we’ve doubled our volume and, more importantly, gained clear visibility into our best-performing channels and customers. Everything we needed and more - is now in one place. Our efficiency easily increased several times over. Looking back, I wish we had listened sooner, because we almost quit in the beginning. The difference a team that actually cares, listens, and improves the product makes is huge.

We;ve been using this for a year. All things considered, it does the job we expected it to do, albiet painfully slow. I've tested the speed of page loads on multiple devices...it's not my computer. None of our users like the platform with the two separate sides (order side vs job side). It's not easy to jump from one thing to another. Mostly because you are waiting for the page to load. Carriers don't seem to get it...and it definitely didn't eliminate any work...we still need to monitor everything very closely for glitches.

I've been using CarShipIO ever since Central Dispatch stopped JTracker. I tried BATSCRM and hated it. Couldn't believe that was even an option. I started researching and came across CarShipIO. Thank God! It's much more user friendly than BATSCRM and has more options than JTracker. Also, customer service is far too superior compared to the above mentioned. No comparison! Every time I called or needed a call back, Rita was on top of it. She even followed up with me on her own to make sure everything was okay and if I had any questions. They're Awesome!

Have been using this full time since JTracker went defunct. I do not like the Order vs Job format, but their customer service is amazing. Chat has always answered quickly and will call you if it is needed. Rita is a very important part of CarShip IO for real.

We switched from Jtracker at the end of the year. After the initial set up , training and learning by our team we have had an excellent experience. The support they provide is timely and the system provides all the functionality that we need to do our jobs. I would recommend carshipio to any broker.
