Worst company I have dealt with
Worst company I have dealt with. I advised them no semi truck at destination and vehicle is inoperable. Never did they once say anything about sending a semi truck but in the fine print it says they will deliver to a close location that is semi truck accessible. So now I have to pay more for a tow truck to actually deliver my vehicle from the location that car Hauler decided to do it at. I was not even given the options. They say they are located in Florida. They are just all about getting your vehicle and telling you whatever you want until they get your vehicle payment turn everything is in there control and you Hanne no say so. Stay away from this company unless you don't mind being taken advantage of and don't care about good service.

Do Not Use This Company
The vehicle they were contracted to transport was never delivered. We paid as contracted but the driver still drove off with the vehicle because he wanted cash and not the contracted pay. Carshauler has done nothing to recover the vehicle from the driver and has not refunded my payment.
