My lease was up & I wanted a new car, so I thought I could just buy from the dealer I was leasing from. Big mistake, just kept trying to get me to buy something more expensive. Carsdirect was much easier. I just filled in what I was looking for, talked to them over the phone to figure out the paperwork, and that was it. We picked up the car I wanted the whole time from the dealership with no hassles. Next time I'll just go right to Carsdirect.

My car was selected quickly, the price was very good from the get go, really no issue with the car buying, and they were even able to find me a better loan than what I had found online.

Shared my list of cars with friends and they've been helping me find a new ride! This is awesome!

My husband and I had just welcomed a newborn baby into our home and needed a new car. CarsDirect made the whole process so easy. There was no waiting around a dealership. It was all done quickly and easily. My husband filled out everything online and the brand new Jetta was at our house in no time. The financing was also relatively painless. I would definitely use CarsDirect again.

I was looking for a practical solution to buying a car with very limited time I could take away from my work responsibilities. I decided to try Cars Direct, and I'm so glad I did. They made everything as simple as possible, and I didn't feel like I was losing any of the experience of going to a dealership. Kudos especially to Derek, the agent assisting me, as he was able to confidently answer the million questions I had in a timely fashion. I feel confident that I got everything I needed and the pricing I wanted without being pressured throughout the process (which is so rare!) Will definitely use their services again.

I was searching for a very specific used vehicle for my wife. I found several to choose from one one site. I didn't have to go looking at each dealership site in the are. Great time savings and very simple method to get all the vehicle information as well as how close it was to my house.

The process was smooth, seamless, and easy. My agent found the car I wanted, negotiated the deal I wanted, and I never had to haggle or leave my desk. The dealer delivered the car to my home, and explained all the paperwork. All I had to do was sign and hand over a check. No additional attempts to sell me anything. I would recommend going through carsdirect to anyone. Why haggle and spend an entire day in the dealership? Going through carsdirect eliminated the stress of buying a car and my time was not wasted with a lot of back and forth. My next car will be selected and purchased the same way!

When it came time to purchase a new car, I dreaded the thought of having to go from dealer to dealer to haggle over availability, pricing, and financing. My experience with Cars Direct was nothing like that "old school" method of buying a car. The cars and prices offered by Cars Direct were up-front, and the entire car buying process was as simple as it was advertised to be -- no hidden fees, no haggling over price, no bait-and-switch offers, no pressure. I had a great car buying experience and have recommended Cars Direct to a number of my family and friends. What a great way to shop for a car!
