We receive an extraordinarily few complaints about misrepresented vehicles, and none of our recent complaints match your name. Please provide us with the email address associated with your Cars & Bids account so we can identify the issue. In lieu of that information, please note that Cars & Bids places a hold, not a charge, on your credit card when you place a bid. If you are not the winning bidder, that hold is released as soon as the auction is over. If you are the winning bidder, note that all bids are binding and that all due diligence should be completed before placing a bid. In the extremely rare case of a seller knowingly misrepresenting their vehicle, we work with the buyer and seller to find an amicable solution.
