I wish if I read all this reviews about this place before I purchased the vehicle, share my experiencemy experience so I can see a lot of people from falling on the hole 1- fees are very aggressive super high 2-lying on descriptions pictures doesn’t show you the bad stuff 3-their height, lots of rules and regulations you should know before you make your bid 4-they force you to take their expensive shipping because you’re not allowed to go pick your own vehicle from the yard That will be my first time and last time using this place ….Thank you for your reply Please allow me to come in in one of your replies part ((4. Regarding picking up the vehicle, you are wrong. You are allowed to pick up the vehicle from the yard after payment is made. There are no restrictions for you in this matter. We would appreciate it if you leave an honest and accurate review. Thank you)) After I made up my payment, I talk to one of your team to get an idea when I’m gonna pick it up and how he told me you cannot pick it up yourself because you’re not allowed to drive in the lot and you have to hire a professional who is a tow truck to take it out of the yard you put me in no options here. I don’t know how much this professional will cost me to bring the car outside the yard so I found out you push me to take the shipping option. That’s why I get super mad because I don’t have to pay $570 for a shipping while I can pick it up myself thank you but I’m not happy with your service.

We are surprised to read your review, and it seems that you may have misunderstood several points. 1. Fees are shown in the price calculator, and you can see them before placing a bid. In addition, our broker fees are very low compared to the market. 2. All available information is clearly shown in the description and pictures. If you have any doubts about the vehicle’s condition, you should order an inspection or ask questions before placing a bid. 3. Of course, there are rules and regulations. These are auction rules, and this is completely normal. If you have any difficulties understanding them, you can simply ask, and we will help you clarify everything. 4. Regarding picking up the vehicle, you are wrong. You are allowed to pick up the vehicle from the yard after payment is made. There are no restrictions for you in this matter. Update: Please let me explain. You are not required to pay for delivery. You can pick up the vehicle yourself using a flatbed or use any transportation company that is convenient for you. Driving the vehicle out of the auction yard is not allowed because the auction does not permit it. So please understand that no one is forcing you to pay for delivery. This is just our assistance with transportation. If you don’t want it, you don’t have to pay for it. We would appreciate it if you leave an honest and accurate review. Thank you
